We respect the privacy of our vistors.

When our visitors give us information through surveys or questionnaires, we will not use it for any other purpose than that stated during its collection.

We provide a simple opt-in choice for all of our programs and services.

We give users choice and consent over how their personal information is used, and remove names immediately upon request.

Third party use. We do not sell, rent, or loan our subscriber or customer lists to third parties for e-mail marketing. While we may sell advertising in our e-mail publications and on our website to other companies, we do not allow third parties any direct use of our subscriber lists.

Unsubscriptions. We email publications only to people who request them and immediately unsubscribe any person who requests it. We keep our subscription lists as clean as possible to prevent duplicate emails.

Cookies. We use cookies in a responsible manner to help our visitors, not snoop on them. We use cookies to help rotate banner advertising, to allow subscribers to store passwords in cookies if they desire, and to greet our visitors by name when they return. We do NOT collect or use information from cookies to develop a profile about our users.

Security. We store subscriber and password files with personal information in areas not accessible to Web browsers, or behind password protection, or off-line. Our servers are housed in secure facilities and are available only to authorized persons. We encrypt all passwords and keep our database behind a firewall in its own directory. This allows us to filter out and prevent all but specific types of information from entering or leaving the server and database.

Forum messages. Messages posted on our forums may be monitored by administration to investigate complaints and insure quality.

We aggregate information from all of our visitors into log files in order to measure the total number of visitors to the website and how many visit each area within it. This helps SEPHIA's Choice™ to learn about which areas are most popular and should be expanded and which are least popular and should be reduced or eliminated. We do not belong to banner ad networks and do not access or allow access by other organizations.
