How to search SEPHIA's Choice™

You are welcome to search this beta or test version of SEPHIA's Choice™ but be aware before you begin that many states are devoid of listings. We are working daily to increase listings from around the US and other countries but we've released this test version early so we can learn and revise it while it is being built.

Basic Search

1. Start by choosing a condition for which you would like a pelvic health professional who can treat it.
   
   
2. Choose a state. Only states with listings are included. If you are searching outside of the US and Canada, you can skip this step.
   
   
3. Choose a country.
   
   
4. Click the "Search" button
   
   
5. From the list of results, click on each practice name until you've found one or two that you'd like to contact. Print out the listing and call the office for further information.

Return to basic search

Narrow Your Search

If your search returns too many results, you may wish to use the Advanced Search feature to narrow your results. Here's how:

1. Underneath the search results, you will see several bars with different options. Choose the option you want to search by and click in the check box.
   
   
2. More options will appear. In that section, make further choices by clicking in the appropriate boxes. You do not have to fill in all sections.
   
   
3. When you are satisfied with the choices you've made, click the "Advanced Search" button at the bottom of the page.
   
   
4. From the list of results, click on the practice name for detailed information. These detailed listing pages are printer-friendly.

Expand Your Search:

If your search didn't return enough results, you may be able to change your search criteria to obtain more matches. Here's how:

1. Try limiting the number of choices you've used in the advanced search section..
   
   
2. If you do not find results for a specific condition and location, try the next closest area.

It may be that we have no pelvic health professionals from your state in SEPHIA™.....yet! Please send us an email if you know of continence providers in your state who would like to be in the database and we will contact them.

We consider SEPHIA's Choice™ a work in progress and would like to make it maximally useful to you. If you have any questions about it or suggestions about how it could be more convenient, please send us an email.
